This policy is designed to indemnify you against loss sustained by you due to fraud or dishonesty of your employee

This policy covers all direct pecuniary loss sustained by you due to any act of fraud or dishonesty committed by any of your insured employee in connection with his/her employment and duties:

A. During employee’s duties

B. Related to the roles and responsibilities of the employee

C. during the Period of Insurance or within 6 months thereafter or within 6 months after his/her death, dismissal or retirement, whichever shall occur first
